Welcome to Blemiva. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Blemiva. Blemiva operates this website and store, together with all related content, features, tools and services (the “Services”), to give you a curated shopping experience. Our Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to in them (the “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when using our Services, including important information about your legal rights and our liability.
By visiting, using or purchasing through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Services.
1. Who can use our Services

To place an order, we may ask for information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery address, and payment details. You confirm this information is accurate, current and complete, and you’re responsible for keeping your account details secure.

Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline to sell to a person or region, always in line with applicable law.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing error, or unavailable stock). Your order is only accepted once we confirm it and process payment.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to make changes once it’s confirmed. If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout. Returns and exchanges follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time, and the price charged is the one shown when your order is placed. You confirm any payment details you provide are accurate and that you’re authorised to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. Unless we agree otherwise with you in writing, we’ll deliver your order without undue delay. Risk in your order passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, not before. All content on our Services — including text, graphics, logos, images and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Blemiva and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only, and may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
Blemiva’s name, logo and branding are trademarks of Blemiva. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc.
7. Third-party tools and links
Our Services may include tools or links provided by third parties, which we don’t control. We provide access to these “as is”, without warranty, and aren’t liable for your use of them. Please check the terms of any third-party service before using it.
8. Relationship with Shopify
Blemiva’s Services are powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Blemiva; Shopify is not a party to that transaction and isn’t responsible for products, orders, or related claims.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, reviews or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use them to run and improve our Services. You confirm any feedback you give is your own and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Our Services may occasionally contain errors, such as incorrect pricing or product details. We may correct these errors and cancel any affected order, even after it’s submitted, and we’ll let you know if this affects you.
